Do you do Special Orders? (Exotic Leather - Ostrich, Alligator, Caimmans)?

Yes we do, however, due to market conditions, we kindly ask for you to please contact us for any information regarding Special Orders.

Which courier do you use to ship?

All order are shipped via UPS Ground delivery.  If your situation requires that you have your order shipped using another carrier please contact us to discuss your needs.

Why forms of payment do you accept?

Checks and credit cards** are accepted

There will be a $35 charge on all returned checks

We accept C.O.D. and Quick Pay as well

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM MST, we are closed for lunch from 12PM - PM MST.  Please note:  We are closed most holidays

How does pricing work on your leather products?

We have excellent relationships with manufacturers all over the world.  Those relationships allow us to provide great pricing options to our customers.  As expected, pricing may be subject to change without notice depending changes in the market condition.

What information do I need to know before I order?

  1. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unauthorized returns
  2. Please allow 3 - 5 business working days for delivery (U.S. only)***
  3. All returns require a Return Authorization Number and Invoice Number
  4. Returns must be completed within 3 days of delivery date and returned in the same condition they were received
  5. ***Excludes Exotic Leathers, which may take longer depending on availability
